Our combined experiences include HUD RAD conversions, 9% Tax LIHTC, Tax-Exempt Bond Financing with 4% LIHTC, and New Market Tax Credits. We have successfully obtained funding from the following sources: AHP, HOME, ARP, ARPA, HOMEKEY, NPLH, MHP, AHSC, and HHC to name a few.
